Actual picks were only available if you purchased the transcript. It only came out in paper form last year. This year you can get it over the internet. It actually cost more to get an online version than a paper copy.

I asked them why and they said it was to offset the cost of developing their web site. I guess with that logic it explains why they are in public broadcasting.
