To answer your question, I do believe some banksters crashed
stocks, then picked them up for peanuts. Some were quite
successful at that and in utilizing bailout money, judging from
their bonuses. Not that this hypothesis is any different from
how WS operates anyhow.

Now they need to find someone to sell their stocks to, and I
don't see any potential buyers -g-
