LOL! Canada has 33 million people. We ALL have umbrellas...made out of softwood lumber.

I've only known one Canadian who did not own an umbrella, and he used a "Glad" garbage bag when it acid rained! ;-)

We do have a bunch of soldiers over here seeking asylum. Perhaps they make up the other 7 million! ;-)
