I have used the Mayo clinic when caught travelling in the U. S. But these Canadian "waits" are mainly mythical. Run of the mill medical care is practically instant. I saw my doctor yesterday. I waited about 10 minutes in the waiting room (what an appropriate name!) and then was given a prescription. I walked the prescription 100 yards to the pharmacy and 20 minutes later I was sailing to Byzantium.
