Alien- This is the point we disagree on: I think a company has a fundamental obligation to its shareholders to either confrim or refute bad news that the market widely assumes. Otherwise those in the know profit and those who do not have the inside knowledge are hurt. If the news is indeed bad then by telling everyone at once Ascend lets everyone make an intellegent informed decision not a guess where some people have better information than others. Latest: Couldn't hold 39.5 pushing toward 39. I really believe that if Ascend says nothing we will hit 37 today.
