The point of the article was the timing of these sales i.e. on the rallies before the former peaks . Which is one reason Intel's shares have failed to rally back to former highs . As the article goes on to say "it indicates a lack of confidence" . So why didn't you quote that statement ?
PS the same applies to you , Don't shoot the messenger .
