Clinton created 23 million jobs and ended with a surplus, balancing budgets and being fiscally conservative. Bush has been just the opposite, despite about 2 trillion in deficit spending a loss of 1.5 million jobs and even lower wages and health care benefits. So where has all the money gone? Mainly to the top 1% and the expense of most others. Huge Wall Street and real esttae investors have done great under Bush. Also energy gougers and health care gougers. But who else? Are we better off after four years of Bush? A few people are, the ones in the right sectors and at the top.
