many thx for the kudos - When I saw that the new CFO, Bob Lockwood cleaned the house, did the sale/leasback mortgage finance to remedy the liquidity crunch and further deleverage by selling the sensor biz I could no longer wait and bought in..

I was genuinely impressed by their capabilities. High Voltage / High power is a very difficult area. But every major POWER GRID DEPLOYMENT will surely take advantage of new Thyristor/Triac/Rectifier technology instead of outdated electro-mechanic switching of High-Voltage lines..
