Can someone please help me????

I read the following excerpt in their latest earnings report:

"...CMG@Ventures currently holds 8.8 million shares of GeoCities
common stock (of which approximately 6.8 million shares are attributable to CMGi)"

Does that mean that CMG@ventures is not fully owned by CMGi?
Which additional @ventures holdings are not fully attributable to CMGi and of which amounts are we talking about?
What about the two other @ventures (2 and 3)?

Is there any resource I can see the REAL amount of shares that are attributable to CMGi (whether or not it's CMG@ventures)?
