But it is not as simple as what "PR" means to most in this world. Lots of other things involved.

One good example might to claim that the "really PR" systems are almost as far from the finnish system as they can be (skipping those few FPTP systems still around, who need to first understand some basics, then some more basics, and then another set of basics)

Sad thing, those norwegians quoting "The highest voting level is found in Belgium (90.6 per cent)"

Gets even funnier going into "women in parliement".

Funniest when understanding what "party lists" means.

Will Canada implement "party lists"??
