Wow! My take, the news of a genuine offering to raise cash is GREAT news. A negative hanging over my head concerning MRVC has been (guess what) I'd like to see more cash on the balance sheet. 60-70 million will wash that concern away pretty damn quick! Also, this means we will FINALLY get coverage of MRVC other than on this damn Silicon Investor thread...by Bear Stearns, I'm sure. ...may I buy back those few shares I sold yesterday at 30 1/2? I'm not sure how this can be taken as bad news...comments? Dan
