Here is a question from a friend of mine. I'm posting it here to see if anyone has some suggestions?

I got somehow a spyware called intelligentdesktop.com loaded on my computer and despite all efforts of my spybot and zone alarm pro and antivirus softwares, I can't get the thing off my machine.

I have SpyBot S&D and have run it twice but that thing is still hogging 1/3 of my desktop and I can't get it off of there. There must be something in the registry but I don't find anything online that tells me how to get rid of the mess.

I've disabled it by keeping it from going on the internet to do its work, but it is still in my way.
I downloaded Ad-Aware 6 that is supposed to get rid of the thing but I still have the blue screen that is docked on my desktop and it won't go away. I got notice that it can't access the Internet to report to its makers what it was designed to report, so it is not doing what it was put there to do, but I can't get it off my screen.
