buckshot, I dont know these answers, thats what the attorney has to figure out. I am not an attorney <g> As to the costs, it depends on the responses and situation. Getting your investment back I dont know. Like anything else sometimes they take these pro bono if they feel the case has a better than average chance of winning. Thursday when I spoke to these guys, they thought it was a good probability that, there had been some breach of trust factors, and other things concerning the rights shareholders have and should expect from a public company. Who ever gets on the list doesnt pay anything while the lawyers gather facts and determine if theres a case and you can talk directly to them, not me. KAA
