Mark-some wisdom from another thread you should enjoy
Lev's purchase at $5 1/16 was the issue

<<Lev Dawson borrowed against the 1 million shares of Valence he already owned to buy another million shares. That means he can't sell his first million shares until he pays back the loan. You can check, but my guess is the second million shares is tied up also as insider stock. If he was worried about something going wrong, he would not have put himself in a position where he could not unload the first million shares or to be restricted on the next million shares so that he cannot sell them readily. In the case of bad news, he would have to stand back and watch everyone else sell first. He therefore does not anticipate any reason to bail out.

Instead, it is a strong indication that the outlook for the company is very good because the person who knows the most about the company's future would not have borrowed to acquire its stock.

An axiom related to this situation: There are many reasons why insiders sell. There is only one reason why insiders buy. Think about it.>>
