Interesting rant and thanks for the info. My experience is the polar opposite. Traveled the world after a few years of college. Witnessed war up close and personal and eventually managed to get home and get a job pushing shopping carts for $1.25/hour. Capitolism works on success and failure. Equality had zip to do with either. Who's your daddy ? Corporate politics can be a bitch. That's why I prefer small business. I've managed to build a few small businesses and help quite a few people do the same over the last 40 years as well as raise kids and grandkids. I've found that gov intrusion in business of any kind hinders more than helps. Not sure why you are denigrating Rand and Koch and tossing in meritocracy. Our big gov machine is out of control and corrupt. Time to start electing men and women who will solve that problem. Are you for free college and health care for all ?
