I still believe the COT may reflect hedging activity by the commercials; the large traders are gradually increasing their long positions. I don't think the market is as bad as the COT intimates.

This was a good day to initiate my long position trades. When the CNBC goons parrot SELL! from the floor traders and managers, this means we've hit a low.

The QQQ volume ended up about 180%; total index share volume up 160%.
