Theo, I'm not a lawyer, but I suspect that the industries lawyers have a very solid basis in law to ask for a mistrial. The fact that the judge didn't summarily dismiss the motion would imply that there is some legal basis with merit for seeking the Mistrial. We could see some very good news sooner than expected.
