Of course. Immorality is expedient. I do lots of things I consider immoral. I buy overpackaged foods when I am in a hurry- that is immoral (in my eyes). Our family consumes much more than it's "fair" share, that is immoral (in my eyes). I drive a big van that guzzles gas- more immorality. It is immoral (in my relative opinion ) yet expedient to buy oil from over seas- in this case it also immorally protects our environment at the cost of someone elses. It is a trade off- I prefer our environment, and our hoarding the oil, and that's that.
