Any ideas?

Ever since I messed around with downloading free antispyware software and found that I could, indeed, get a free scan but it would cost to remove what was found I have the following phenomenon..... At seemingly random times, just after I've made a mouse click for something, the sound of a "closing door " comes out of my speakers. I seen no other manifestations of this. Anyone have any thoughts???
