I do see that potential. I was just trying to point out that most US businesses already had all the PCs they wanted (more or less). This is not currently a growth market. Even if every business replaces every PC on a 3 year schedule, it represents constant sales, not growth.

Growth in this area can come if average sales price, average margin, or market share increase, or if businesses purchase more frequently. I see NetPCs and Network Computers having a negative impact here, though slowly. On the plus side, with the Tandem acquisition, CPQ can take a bigger portion of very highend servers. This is great, these are high margin. Obviously, if Compaq is not able to maintain their previous excellent performance in the enterprise area, they will be hurt (I don't think this is likely).
