Part of the problem, the report said, may be a lack of minority doctors.
Self-inflicted wound? Because my impression is that that statement definitely does not apply to Asians and East Indians. If anything, they appear to be overrepresented.

And I suspect that the rest of that article would also not apply to them- -yet they are clearly non-Caucasian minorities.

So maybe Minorities Get Inferior Care, Even if Insured, Study Finds isn't quite true.
