MM and specialists are making less $ now with decimilzation, gee what a shame. Unfotunately this does have implications, they will be trying harder than ever to shake you out, short or long. They all have profit numbers they are supposed to hit nad since they can not do it as easily screwing you on spreads, guess what they are going to do. By the way they fought this long and hard putting it off as long as possible, and claiming the individual investor would suffer. Gee turns out they were wrong, go figure. I believe NASD was over 1 year late on implimentation, technical problems were blammmed, uhha. I am sure collusion reigns again, they got it pretty big trouble for this in the late 90's, and a bunch of lamo mostly self regulating rules were implimented, some real ones with SEC enforcement (pretty lamo also). So noit much we can do but be aware these guys as always up to no good, but now they have an extra incentive for their illegal evil ways.

Persoanlly I love decimilzation, but as stated their are consequences for traders. Be afraid, very afraid, but be aware.
