indexit - also SuperSOES phase 2 starts today - this should help with having to go outside of market to get fills...

looks like another snoozer today; the past few weeks seem
to have much lower volume and volatility than normal
for summer - I wonder if that's right, or if it's just
that the past few years have seen much higher volume than
normal, and now the market is settling back to "normal"?
