Hi Joe, I've been lurking on your thread for quite some time now. I've earned a lot of pennies following some of your picks. I got in DIXS before the bell and I'm glad to see you're in too. Today's job market is the best we've seen in decades. Online job posting is a natural way to attract qualified candidates from across the country.
