As I said, read the text of the agreement (I have the press release - circa spring, 1994 - in my files somewhere - let me know if you want a copy).

It specifically says that Intel will manufacture these chips, and not HP.

Now, I don't know who actually owns the intellectual property. One might possibly consider that HP will offer the logic design and a complete set of database tapes to Jerry Sanders or Jerry Rogers.

What do you think of the proability of that happening?
