Find a Montejo, first. If I were you, I'd find a snorkel and mask and go down to the pier on Isla Mujeres and find a boat that will take you up north toward Isla Contoy. Don't know if the hurricane destroyed the reef, but used to be spectacular. Hope you not going "stop-less".
