SETO--> Showing some defiance, some news today as well,I like the part about <founding CEO of herbalife>

BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y., Mar 30, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- SETO Holdings Inc. (OTC
BB:SETO) today announced that it has appointed Stephen Whittington to the Board
of Directors.

Whittington was most recently president and chairman of Whittington Industries,
LLC. As the founder of this company, Whittington had heavy involvement in the
semiconductor, chemical/coating, printing, medical, cosmetic and conductive
textile industries. He also has extensive experience in manufacturing through
owned or licensed facilities in Canada, the United States, and the Far East.

Prior to the founding of Whittington Industries, Whittington was the President
of Flexible Printed Products Inc. where he had a majority interest in this
company. Flexible Printed Products produced heat transfer labels for the rubber
industry and was one of the only companies able to beat the global demand for
branding hose, belts and tires. Due to the aid of Whittington, the company
achieved the status of being the top ranked heat transfer label company in the
rubber industry.

Whittington has also held the position of chairman and chief executive officer
of Leo's Quality Foods Inc., the nation's third largest meat processing
operation where he helped reduce manufacturing costs, repackaged the product
lines and established new marketing policies. This led to the company's sale to
a publicly traded competitor.

As the founding CEO of Herbalife International Inc., Whittington structured the
organization, implemented the computer structure and was responsible for working
with foreign government agencies that allowed for expansion into foreign
markets.

Whittington holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing and economics from Chapman
University and has completed graduate studies in international investments and
operations research as well as international business and management from
California State University at Long Beach and the Alexander Hamilton Institute,
respectively.

Gene Pian, CEO of SETO Holdings Inc. commented, "We are pleased to have Mr.
Whittington as an addition to our company board of directors. His international
manufacturing and business savvy are a welcome addition to SETO's business. We
look forward to working with Mr. Whittington and having him involved with many
of our international contracts and negotiations."
