<NATNBK MONT.SEC changed recommendation from Strong Buy> no-clue analysts, surprise anyone will pay attention to those, imo. IMO, CIENA right now is a Strong Buy recommendation; imo, simple no-brainer for everybody to follow is that for most stocks when recommended by these no-clue analysts as: strong buy -> sell your shares hold -> buy where were most of them when ciena at 90$, yes, strong buy
