How do you account for thelethargic stock action. I am a great believer that when a stock's action fails to confirm my view of the fundamentals, I need to dig hard for an explanation, because my view may be wrong. I understand that the market is sometimes late to recognize value, but when supposedly great reports are coming out, we should be seeing at least a good bounce. This would be especially true given the recent increases in the value of gold and metals in general.

I don't believe that the town is a real issue, because, unless I am missing something, I don't see how the townspeople would benefit by refusing to move. It appears to me that not only would they be living in better homes, but the economy of the area would be tremendously enhanced.
