I think we should wait and see what happens at the federal level on education, where Bush is concerned. I don't believe he will disappoint you. That one story, could have been some sort of sour grapes, or it could have been a problem caused by the local school board rather than any of the state policies of Bush. I don't know. I never heard anything, first hand, about the incident, and have a but if a jaundiced eye about many things that appear in publication.
I, totally, agree with you about the teachers, and administrators. These people are imposing their own, personal, thoughts and feelings on the children that they are supposed to teach, not indoctrinate.
