As I stated I am now convinced beyond the shadow of any doubts that we are in a bear market...

The markets closed yesterday and haven't opened today. Until very recently, if not at yesterday's close, you thought we were not in a bear-market and just today, you think we are? I think you are using today's unfortunate incidents as a pretext.

I think the markets will go sharply lower when they open but a week later, they would have regained that loss. But bear-markets have a life of their own, and what happens beyond that will not be the result of what happened today. It will be the result of the excesses that built up in the later half of the 90's.
