We are not in disagreement, fear of exposure and protection of capital, rather than recoupment do not preclude, and if fact militate in favor of paranoia. Whether or not that fear is justified is not important to us as it would be to a movie director. Finding out who the "real money man" is is difficult with out bank records, the name will not readily appear from the normal corporate documents. It is possible to trace unusual expenditures from the filed documents, but I am not sure there will be enough filed documents to discern a pattern. Duke
