New York's strongest - and dumbest There's a part in Trump's first book where he takes over and finishes the Central Park skating rink. It's going great, has nice new grass planted, and then a crew of NYC public works guys come in with a front loader tearing up the new grass to bring in a sapling that one guy could have carried in and planted with a shovel. That is government efficiency in a bag, right there.
