John You know what really threw me for a loop? I received this privately I hope he doesnt mind if I "confidentially" post an excerpt, but it brought up a point I had not considered. "KAA, you should take a look at Partick Charles' Web page, or track his "work". Most of the companies that he's touched have been involved in some sort of Reg S financing, gone bankrupt or done something that is anti-shareholder. If it's true that he's going to be the CEO of WOTD, and the split is still going to be 1:300,"**** It may pay to check this out... since we dont have anything "official" to work with, check it out and tell me what you think... I am not passing judgement just trying to piece this puzzle togather. KAA
