To all Speculation on JV - Who has the pipelines in place? What major would pay X-millions of dollars to JV a lease, that if it is proven, has to beat the politics and geo-politics of this area to bring the oil to market via a NEW pipeline; or rail it through China? Could it be China who just signed a development agreement agreement with KAZ. or one of the majors/majorJV with transportation already in place? Interested in anyone elses opinions. PS-am long, staying long, and just added to my position on this fallback from the "heights". Good luck to all lmw
