I still have an open mind here, so please explain to me why "the biggest oil will come along and plunk down big $$$" for this exploration license now that it is controlled by what was a near bankrupt Louisiana asphalt plant operator and unsuccessful international driller. "Big oil" has been in Kazakhstan for years. Wouldn't they have been aware of this license? Especially since their own concessions border AIPN's.
