I was peripherally involved with the other Mark Schulz some time ago when I volunteered to visit IMEA and talk to CEO Wormser, even though I wouldn't touch IMEA with a 10 foot pole. That Schulz, (I believe it is spelled Schulze, right Mark?) was one of 3 "consultants" who agreed to hype IMEA. Another of the consultants was a Tim Murray who was caught in an FBI sting and was dumping his S-8 shares while the Waaco Kids were buying. Even though the company documents said the float was one number, and the new S-8's were flooding the market, the other Schulze was claiming the float was apprecialbly smaller and even including his wrong float number in advertisements.
