I tell you, you have to hire a guy with a pickup and a plow. Pay him whatever it takes. Not worth the difficulty you are going through.

Heck what could it cost all winter??? At most four spoo points and that seems very excessive.

I will do the same as you sometimes. I will do the half the driveway for my car, an Acura Integra that is a POS on the snow and then not do my wife's side as she has a Nissan Pathfinder and can get through anything. Sometimes I will screw doing the snowplow remains at the bottom of the driveway (too heavy cause of all the damn salt they through down) and instead drive the four wheel over it till it is all mashed down nice and hard and then I can drive my Integra over the top of it.

The neighbors think I am a nut bag.

They are right.
