'The AP has the following article on Feb. 20, 1999:

"Portland plans to use neighborhood volunteers to fight Y2K paranoia"

flash.oregonlive.com

The actual front page headline from The Oregonian of Friday Feb.19, 1999

reads:

"Portland drafts plans for dealing with Y2K"

oregonlive.com

Why did the Associated Press decide to add the word "Paranoia" when
posting this article to the world? Not ONCE in the Oregonian article was

the word "paranoia" used.

This is very disturbing. Then again, am I really surprised?

bks, do you have anything to do with this?
