When you look at the chart for ASND, it's still difficult to tell which way it will go. ASND has been struggling stay above the 50 MA for 2 days (it actually fell the strong support intra-day). I don't think it will close near 35, barring any buyout rumors or some big announcements from ASND. At 35 it'll be 2 1/4 jump from today's close. IMO, the high tomorrow might not be higher than 33 3/4 and could retest 32.
