The Pima Co Sheriff did say something I agreed with this morning....(his political rants are not only off base, off target, but out of line IMO).....BUT he also said: Paraphrasing him: When he was a young cop in the 60's, we used to have facilities for the mentally "off" people....now today, they are left loose on the streets.... Actually, we have John and Robert Kennedy to "thank" for this.... in 1963, JFK signed a bill that determined to shut down the mental hospitals. Then in the 70's the ACLU got involved. Etc.....
