The loony left [for example, Daily Kos, HuffPo, Olbermann, etc.] were quick to attempt to cast blame on Sarah Palin and/or the tea party for the actions of the deranged gunman in Arizona.

My question is why they don't blame their own inept Messiah, Barack Obama, who is the most divisive president in recent memory and given to truly overheated language.

Examples:

“If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun,” Obama said in Philadelphia last night. “Because from what I understand, folks in Philly like a good brawl. I’ve seen Eagles fans.”

"If Latinos sit out the election instead of saying, 'We're gonna punish our enemies, and we're gonna reward our friends who stand with us on issues that are important to us' -- if they don't see that kind of upsurge in voting in this election -- then I think it's going to be harder. And that's why I think it's so important that people focus on voting on November 2nd."

And those are just the tip of the iceberg where Obama's inappropriate rhetoric is concerned. Not only does Obama fail the presidential "gravitas" test, but he has little regard for the potential effect of his hot rhetoric on stupid/crazy constituents. Ergo, the looney left better look in their own backyard before making accusations. [They should also change the page in their playbook requiring instant commentary in order to get there first, regardless of topic, command of facts, or accuracy.]

Here is an article regarding shooter, indicating prior interaction with Giffords in 2007 as well as prior threats:

There will always be crazy people who commit violence. The public is best served by commentary based on real facts and not political posturing.
