Verbatim from Opportunist magazine:

Dominican cigars issued 3.5 million shares of options at a share price of $0.50 to Stockbrokers Relations, Inc. and Opportunist Magazine for investor relations services including the article appearing on the back of the inside gatefold.

I think that means that Stockbrokers Relations gets nothing until they buy the stock at 50 cents and sell it for a profit.
