Ted, I am sure Fred will make the shares restricted. He may even decide to offer warrants instead of shares if he feels it would be in the company's long term interest to hold onto the FXWA shares. Hopefully with financing in place, Fred will not have to dilute the existing shares. He has to do something to restore some sense of confidence and make the stock attractive to new shareholders while stopping the continuing selling of shares by present shareholders. Ken
