Dushyant, Thanks for the nice note. My career in a sentence: Tech
analyst with Waddell & Reed, then Options Portfolio Manager and
Trader
with The
St. Paul Companies, then Portfolio Manager and Trader with Financial
Hedge Corporation, then mutual fund Portfolio Manager and Trader with
American Capital. For the past nearly 10 years, I have been trading
my own money exclusively and giving speeches and, generally, goofing
off, enjoying the fruits of my labor. -G- The G means something either
said tongue-in-cheek or a flat-out joke. Actually, the G stands for
giggle, which I consider somewhat effeminate for a macho guy like me,
but it seems to be standard on the Internet. BG means big giggle and
VBG means Very Big Giggle. I wouldn't buy the equipment companies
until there is blood in the street. They usually hit their bottoms
a little after the chip companies and start up after the chip cos.
do. So, I really don't look at absolute price as much as I look at
complete compitulation among the bulls in these stocks. Right now,
the bulls are still buying at any hint of anything less than
horrible news, so we are
still in a manic bubble. good luck, MB |
