I'm not sure what bad hand they got dealt? Or who the SEC guy is, I'm not following it that closely ... But I can see this bring them down if they're not careful for sure, now it's become open hunting season on them. Which has got me wondering who would be wanting it ... Obama et all? Nobody around here believes that, so are they getting Bear-Stearned by some even bigger vampire squid?
