What does that have to do with Renewable Energy? I think it has more to do with idealogy than racism. In any case, it is the Democrat's right to filibuster if they want to do so. The Republicans have certainly used the filibuster numerous times. It's part of the political tradition. I don't see what's wrong with that, as long as they work within the confines of the poltical rules.
