Zengold, I see you expanded on your original post. Posting an image of a wolf among sheep or something like that, there's some humour in that and no real sensitivity issues with doing so.

A picture of a donut configured in many different ways, sure you can get a laugh from that if that's your thing.

Using images of Downs Syndrome kids, that's quite a different thing. While the person using the images may think it's a great shot at their target, it actually has very negative connotations for many people who have been impacted in one way or another by the condition through family or friend.

What a mean spirited manner to express humour at a specific target when it doesn't just affect the target alone.

Good to know that you approve of the conduct and provide a defence that not knowing the person in the image or their medical history makes it a perfectly honourable way to conduct ones self.
