RR, my initial post said there was recent insider selling: we have
confirmation now that it has taken place by at least three officers
within the past 17 days: February 26, February 27 and March 2. As
I said before I subscribe to real-time Edgar Online: there is no
indication of any of this activity there. I don't have access to a
Bloomberg right now so I cannot check any of this on Bloomberg.

As for more selling this week by other officers, I don't care to
speculate. My hedge fund source was probably referring to the sales
by the three officers. I don't know if there are others. Certainly
no indication on Edgar. But it does not take long for this kind of
information to enter the public domain and the databases of
services that track insider buying/selling.

Anyway, I would have posted the info. earlier. But I just heard about
it today in the p.m. You asked how institutional funds--this fund in
particular--gets its information. The same way retail investors do,
except they have much better resources to cull information and have
much better access to the analyst community than we do. That doesn't
make them any smarter (and this is another issue but the advent of
the internet has done much to democratize the flow of financial
information. Still, not exactly a level playing field.)

One of the insider seller filings must have hit Bloomberg. I can't
confirm if it was today: but often Bloomberg is quicker than Edgar.
The others as I said in my previous post he had heard from THQI
analysts. By the way, the fund had closed its position prior to THQI's
earnings (around $20).
