"DSET also blamed the bankruptcy of one of its customers for making it necessary to establish bad debt reserves, and also said it was going to write off additional accounts receivable as well. There have been some problems with CLECs that we are aware of and there shall be others as we go forward. There are far too many CLECs, far too many of them have bad balance sheets and we are rapidly seeing excess capacity in the telecommunications area. This will continue to feed on down the food chain."

From Fleck today.

P.S. Did anyone read the CSCO article in the Wall Street Journal today... I would like some quotes or comments. I haven't read it....yet!
